Our service desk provides friendly, professional IT support to a wide range of businesses throughout New Zealand. They’re experienced IT professionals who understand how your systems work and they’re based right here in our offices in Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Our team works to resolve your issues rather than just log calls. They resolve the majority of issues remotely, speeding up resolution time and keeping your costs down. Plus they’re New Zealand based - they know the customers they work with and they understand the businesses they service.
Our service desk is open Monday - Friday 6.30am - 6.30pm with extended hours for our BlockPlan customers.
*As of January 1 2019, our service desk hours will be amended to begin at 7.30am
We provide an additional after-hours service with 24/7 support. Consultants are on standby to address critical alerts or support requests. They’ll respond within guaranteed times, either remotely or in person.
We provide service desk staff who are trained specifically to support your critical business applications. When your staff call, they’ll hear a greeting personalised to your organisation. It’s just as if they were calling an IT team within your business.
Managed help desk
Our service desk provides great remote support. Our consultants step in when you need a little extra help. But if you want help immediately at hand, we can provide one of our friend, professional IT engineers onsite.
