We’re always looking for ways to increase the responsiveness of our Service Desk, whether that’s the amount of time it takes to action a service ticket when you log it or the length of time you have to wait on the phone.
At the moment our service desk is available from 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday.
We’ve found we’re taking a very small number of calls in the first hour of the day, so in order to have more staff available to take your calls during the busiest hours, we’re changing the time our Service Desk opens.
From January 1 2019 we will amend our standard business hours to begin at 7:30am, and continue to close at 6:30pm Monday-Friday.
We’re confident this small change won’t negatively affect our customers and will increase response times when you need it most.
Our Service Desk Engineers, including Dave Wu, will take calls from 7.30am from the beginning of the new year.
