Who are we?

We’re a focused and friendly team of professionals who provide IT solutions that add value to our clients’ businesses. We also do our very best to keep the industry honest.

Most importantly we are INDEPENDENT. All we sell is our collective brain power. We don’t take commissions, we don’t take cuts or margins and we don’t take sides.

All our work is REFERRAL and REPUTATION based. Naturally this means we need to do what we do very well to keep the referral model working.

We’re constantly learning, working with, supporting and testing the latest technologies and business processes so our clients don’t have to. We translate it all from geek speak and let them know what we think will work the best for their businesses and their budgets.

• Phil Johnson FORMED the company in 1991 - so we're positively ancient in IT industry terms. Phil is passionate about CommArc and everything it stands for. He sets high standards and is always prepared to walk his talk. His strong principles and philosophies underpin the way we work.
• We are based in CHRISTCHURCH with offices in Auckland, Dunedin and Nelson, but we have clients throughout the country from Invercargill to Whangarei and internationally.

• We're SMART. We have our own systems and our own methodologies and we always learn from our mistakes.
• We are constantly RAISING the BAR. Some of our contemporaries tell us that we are one of the industry benchmarks when it comes to service and support – but we're not satisfied with that, we’d much rather keep lifting our game than rest on plaudits.
• We LOVE our CLIENTS. After all, without good old fashioned word of mouth we wouldn’t be where we are now. So we make sure we manage our workload carefully so that our loyal clients get the support they deserve.
• We LOVE our STAFF even more, because we believe that a happy team results in happy clients!
